Re: grouping and mood

Re: grouping and mood
No, I am sorry, I don’t understand.
ProppFrexx nor I myself can tell you how you should tag your songs.
There is no worldwide standard. All is really up to yourself.
I don’t even know the Laura Pausini track.
As said, you define the Mood values and the Grouping values yourself. I can not tell you how you should best organize and classify your music. This is up to your goals and needs.

Re: grouping and mood
Every radio station has its own tags, grouping, mood and gender values, there is no standard. Soni can not give you any screenshot. It also depends on the format of your radio! Be a bit creative yourself…
Here are examples:
Gender:
- Female
- Male
- Female Group
- Male Group
- Mixed Group
- Duet
- Instrumental
Mood:
- Quiet
- Mellow
- Easy Listening
- Midtempo
- Jamming
- Grooving
- Peaktime
- High Energy
Grouping:
- per time period values (eg. 60s, 70s, 80s, …)
- per type (eg. Xmas, eastern, wedding, festival, …)
- per target age (eg. kids, teens, teens, adults, oldies …)
- whatever your radio and scheduling requires…

Re: grouping and mood
Yes.
You can define in the grouping, genre, mood, gender, style any many other fields multiple values. Just press enter after each selected value. A small ‚x‘ appears to even remove one of multiple values entered.

Are thise to many tags, is it also possible when i grouping make : 80s and Night.
Thise is a slow song, its easy but quit possible.
When i make an script with 80s on day, can i then also only in the night set this song as a night song, or is onlye 80s or night possible there.
i hope you wil thise understanding, also next question, can i use my database on thise pc from a laptop on other location?. i log now only in on anydesk. have proppfrexx a function to make connection on laptop?. i dont want use anydesk or splastop, cq teamvieuwer. i hope it is possible.

Re: grouping and mood
Being honest, I hardly understand what you are trying to say.
But you can make different Filter options for a script-line. E.g.
a) Grouping contains '80s'
b) Grouping contains '80s' AND Grouping contains 'Night' I guess b) is what you mean?
ProppFrexx doesn't use any database! By default all meta data is directly saved to the audio files.
So if you use the same audio files on another PC with another instance of ProppFrexx, you directly use all meta data there as well.
Also all other data, configuration, scripts or scheduler calendars are stored in files. I.e. you might copy them over to another PC/instance of ProppFrexx.
In the Enterprise Edition ProppFrexx also offers certain remote features for a multi-studio setup, like a central Media Library Server etc. - but I am not sure, what you are exactly looking for.

Re: grouping and mood
Thise is possible or correct way to do?. for a night script between 01:00 - 04:00....
Re: grouping and mood
Your test above uses a 'Grouping contains 80s' Filter. If this is what you want, it looks correct. Not sure, what exactly you want.
So yes, all is possible.
