No, all file are wav format 44100, stereo, 1411kbpts without any specific options.

4) I selected all files (CTRL+A)

I did to test it:
1) I have loaded two same tracks "Ilm -6L1" to a playlist

2) I changed the cue-points of the first file (total length changed from 0:36 to 0:34)

3) I saved ...

Maybe someday there will be a function to recalculate the points in the same repeating file. This will make it easier for users. Thanks.
