playlist scrolls automatically

[Bob Van Dongen]

My playlist frequently scrolls back and forth on its own, even when I’m not using the mouse.

Sounds strange to me. And without further infos I can not reproduce the issue here.

Have you may be sorted the playlist by a specific column - and set the option to read the tags when a column becomes visible. And as such, the tags are being read in, change the values and sorting is applied…
However I am not sure, what you mean by it scrolls back and forth?
A small video might help understand your issue.
Also try to reboot your PC - maybe scroll lock is active on your keyboard or some other keyboard error?
