IN-FULL mixpoints preview problem in PFL

Hi Bernd, has anyone reported an issue between the IN and FULL cues/marks in the PFL Player? IN is trimming the audio track on the cue, while FULL sounds normal—it looks like the FADE-IN isn't working.

Can you provide an example. So far no one reported an issue and I also did not experience any issue.

Please try playing the attached song using the PFL player. When you play it starting at the IN marker, it's truncated, as though the short beginning is being skipped. Playing it from the FULL marker works properly

Hi,
the audio plays fine here and I don't hear any difference, no matter, if I start the track regular, from the Cue-In or the Full-Level position.
Nothing is truncated.
I have attached a video, where you can hear it:

And here are also some pictures, which show, that the Cue-In position is correctly set a few millisoconds before the Full-Level and the track is ramped in between.
Maybe you can also send a video to demonstrate your issue?

It's doing the exact same thing to you as it is to me. The playback from CUE-IN is slightly clipped (or 'cut off'), while from FULL it plays normally. It's been behaving this way since the second-to-last update. Before that, there was no loss (or 'clipping'). It only does this when the difference between CUE-IN and FULL is this short. Otherwise, it doesn't happen. But I use this setting so that the beats at the start of the track aren't shortened (or 'cut off').

No. Then you don’t understand the cue-point.
As said, the level is ramped between CueIn and FullLevel.
Ie. When both cue-points are present, the volume at CueIn is silent and then faded to FullLevel.
Ie. it works exactly as designed.
If you don’t want it to fade-in, just don’t define a FullLevel cue-point.

No, do I understand this correctly... It's supposed to 'fade in' from silence to reach maximum volume at the FULL mark. However, this is not happening with such a short Mix-In interval. That's why playback from the IN point sounds abruptly cut off—it doesn't transition smoothly to FULL. Do we understand each other? This definitely won't be a Propp error, but rather an issue with one of the BASS library updates, or perhaps buffering... I don't know. You'll certainly know the answer to that

Okay, sorry that i misunderstood you.
I didn’t notice this yet. So I will contact the BASS developer, if he changes things recently!

Please find attached a file to test with, if it fixes the issue.
Please unzip the file into the installation folder (while PF is fully closed). And then restart and test it.
Many Thanks
