Maybe you are already using another (Airence ) app in parallel? That’s the only case I so far heard, why it could not connect, as the Airence only allows one app to use the API to it.
Or you are using a USB hub or defect USB cable.

Thank you for your message Bernd

When I connect the mixer to my old PC, which I was able to work well with until a few days ago with the Gpio connection, it still works well now.

But it doesn't work on my new PC where I installed Proppfrexx yesterday.

Could it be that it doesn't work because I have the mixer connected to a USB 3.0 connection? I no longer have 2.0 USB connections.

I cannot transfer the D&R Airance choice to online

regards

Another update, I don't know if it matters but my windows is a windows 11 Pro.
Can't get the D&R enabled in the GPIO yet. Does anyone else have a golden tip???

I replaced the USB cable with another one and that made no difference. The USB cable is connected directly to the motherboard in a USB 2.0 Type A port

The error indicates, that it can not load a certain file, which seems to be needed.
In the regular ProppFrexx installation it installes a DLL called "Automation.BDaq4.dll" - which is a DLL b´needed for an Advantech GPIO board.
However, that DLL has nothing to do with the Airence mixer !!

Are you using an Advantech USB card as well?, which is maybe crashing your GPIO?

I use this motherboard and the Airence is on a USB 2.0
