Yes, I know Benny, but then it might be easier, if you ask Benny, as it seems, you can not answer my questions, but Benny can - I guess he configured everything for you and all his other users in the team.
You can send the movie to Benny, he knows all my addresses. Even, if they are also shown all here.
Note, that sending a video will not really help me solve the issue, as I believe what you say. But when AutoPlay it turned ON after a Jingle finished playing, it must be one of the reasons I explained above:
- a control-command in the general event settings
- a track conteol-command
- track option
If you can not check these things, because Benny set this up for you, please ask Benny - I assume, that this will save us all a lot of time.
