To create a reminder, make, a right click in the Program Scheduler and instead of creating a New Program, select ‚Reminder‘.

A reminder is an entry in the scheduler, which instead of starting a script just executed any control-command.

Like I already understand that the Remainder don't work in that way like shown in pic. The Remainder don't run if that scheduled on time when Playlist template is running ?

Not sure, how and what you have set up. But Reminders will definitely work.
