Goodmorning Bernd,

Question:
What does this mean:

9-5-2014 9:54:40: WARNING: Scheduler-Exception:'Failed to compare two elements in the array.'!

Did you get that in the Overlay Log or in the Program Scheduler Log?
in any case it means, that there is some sort of config error with the related entry and as such it can probably not be started.

So please show me your related calendar entry.

Are you downloading your news with the RTV Audiodownload tool? If so, please check if the program has released the audio file. We have had that problem with multiple customers!

Per

Bernd, I saw that error once in the overlay log.
But a live input was planned that hour but there was nobody there, so the silence detection kicked in.
Maybe that has something to do with the warning.

Anyway did not happen again.

We are downloading with RTV Downloader (question of Per)
And I have spoken with Per for a solution.
We have scheduled 2 tasks in the windows taskplanner:

1 task to OPEN the News Downloader at xx:x48.00, then the news is downloaded at xx:50.00
and the other task is to CLOSE the News at xx:52.00.

So hopefully the news mp3 won't get locked anymore and will give no more trouble. :)
To be continued!

Thanks for the help both!

I have the following control commands that I have entered for the silence detection event:
PLS_CURRENT_CLOSE
SLEEP 1000
PROGRAM_STARTSCRIPT <playlistname>|Automaat|2014-04-16 16:00:00|true
PLS_CURRENT_AUTOPLAY_ON
MIXER_INPUT_MUTE_ON LIVE

And a 25 sec waiting time at -18.50 no autoplay because that is in the script.

Another Question about voicetracking:

We have voicetracked a playlist and everything seems te to be on the right order.
Even when we pre-listen en check in the mix editor.

But when we actually play the playlist on auto dj the voictracks are played after the song instead of before.

For example (this is how it is showing in the playlist and is pre-listening)
song
voictrack
song

This is how it's been played:
song
song
voictrack

When you use:

PROGRAM_STARTSCRIPT <playlistname>|Automaat|2014-04-16 16:00:00|true

What value has <playlistname> ?
Note, that you must leave this empty to open a new playlist!
E.g. correct syntax would be:

PROGRAM_STARTSCRIPT |Automaat|2014-04-16 16:00:00|true

Voicetracking:
That seems impossible, except you changed the 'Follow' or 'Sorting' order of the playlist?!
Plase post me your related .pfp playlist file!

I will change the silence detection commands! Thanks!

Voicetracking:

I want to post the pfp playlist file, but I can't upload it to here, is there another way?

I put the file in a rar and this will upload the file.

Notice the first voicetrack in the playlist is working fine, but at the second one things go wrong.
When I load the playlist everything seems ok, but when played it starts to play the voicetrack plays after the song instead of before.

What actions and/or control-commands have you assigned to the 'Silence Detection'.
The only default action is to enable 'AutoPlay' - but that wouldn't probably do anything with an 'Live Input' program ;_)
So I am afraid no, that wouldn't raise such exception.
But if it was there only once, it might also be a config issue at that time only and is now already fixed.

Regarding the download.
Good to hear, that you tried to change the download - I also hope, that this solved the issue.
Beside the windows taskplanner you might also use the ProppFrexx calendar/scheduler, i.e. using a recurring 'Reminder' and using the EXEC_DOWNLOAD_FILE control-command with it.

What is your Follow Setting? On or Off?
