Can you please send me the file ‚Error.log‘ of ProppFrexx. It can be found in the AppDataUser folder of ProppFrexx (%appdata%\radio42\ProppFrexx OnAir\4.0)

And what web-site do you show at startup? It is probably a local cache issue of that web-site (or alike), which gives that error.

there is no error.log in the folder mentioned, no website is displayed, in pfoa the web browser does not work.

error started after:
1) pfoa uninstalled
2) pfoa 4.5.1.1 installed
3) update to 4.5.1.4
4) copy of folder from AppDataUser restored

These are just ''FirstChanceExceptions' - but no real exceptions, as they are all gracefully handled. They occur because
a) you try to connect to a streaming server, which is not available at your loacal address (127.0.0.1:8000)
b) your GPIO service can not connect and is stopped
I.e. nothing critical.

However, nothing of this has anything to do with the WebBrowser issue.
Please try the following to resolve your issue:
a) Close PFOA and then delete the file "ProppFrexx ONAIR.userconfig" from the above folder; restart PFOA
if this still gives an error
a) Close PFOA and then delete the file "ProppFrexx ONAIR.config" from the above folder; restart PFOA

Another option might be, when you are using the -config option with ProppFrexx pointing to a network drive? Is this the case?
If yes, you can set an environment variable to specify a local web view storage, e.g. like this:
WEBVIEW2_USER_DATA_FOLDER=C:\Temp

options tried without result. (do not use network drive)

-all folders removed after uninstall and then reinstalled with v4.5.1.1, same error

-all folders removed after uninstall and then installed old v4.5.0.2, no more error message. then updated to v4.5.1.4, unfortunately the same error again.

I found the problem! it goes wrong during update to v4.5.1.4 . the virus scanner blocks "setup.exe'' by "Drop.Win32.MemAllocSelf.1558450".

Solving is harder! allowing or unblocking file does not solve problem.

I installed PFOA on a laptop to see if the problem was only with the PFOA computer, but the same thing happened on the laptop.
