Not saving metadata
Hi,
I'm currently add PF metadata Tags to my songs with PF Tagger, i save the metadata Tag and the metadata files.
The problem appears only when i open the songs in PF On Air that all my metadata disappears, this is frustrating and i don't know what to do, the only solution that i can think of is downloading them once again.
The point is that i don't understand why this happens only to some of them in what seems to be a random order.
Do you have any ideas?
Best regards

Re: Not saving metadata
ProppFrexx will not loose any metadata or not save them - except a file is corrupt.
There had been many cases and all of them turned out, that the data was not properly in sync. One reason, why I always recommend to NOT use the .pfmd files (unless you have a very good use case and you must do this - which is only the case for a very few people). This is also the reason, why it is disabled by default.
You are probably having an issue when saving them to the Audio File TAGs as well as the .pfmd file.
Please explain in detail what you are exactly doing, how you are testing things and what exactly is missing resp. what is not saved.
Then provide an example of the audio files and the .pfmd file.
Note, in you case you might have 3 places where meta data is saved. The playlist, the .pfmd file and the audio files. Also send your PF meta data settings (a screenshot of the general meta data settings).
So let us start, why you are using the .pfmd files? If you are unsure. Please disable the use of .pfmd files again!
