External scheduler

I've a PF installation that is remotly managed by multiples users.
The uvnc is not really user friendly, limited to one user a a time and there is a lot of manual operations that could be linked to other or triggered and automated.

I was wondering if by chance it there would be already a way to create the PF schedule externally and import it in PF or even if using our own let's say online PHP/SQL database that would generate a kinda "scheduler file" that could be synced let's say every day with PF is something theorically possible.

Not sure what you mean by uvnc?

However, yes, you can work with an external scheduler.
ProppFrexx can import almost any external log file format.

But you can also just create a more simple log file format with eg. just the file name to play. The import format can freely be defined.
