I mean a screenshot of the ProppFrexx streaming server setup - you maybe have put some data in the wrong field?
Also, when you connect and click on the icon the last error message is displayed.

All settings look okay. So I can only assume, that the username and password are not correct.
Plus above you have specified the port 80 - but you configured port 8080.
And if all that doesn’t help. Also try to add the ‚http://‚ prefix to the URL address.
