Keyboard Shortcuts

Hello Bernd,
I'd like to make a change to the keyboard shortcuts:
It's about the F5, F6 and F7 shortcuts: I'd like to invert them with Shift+F5, Shift+F6 and Shift+F7 so that I can launch Player A, B and C without fading with just one key. Is this doable and how can I change these commands (while keeping the rest of the default mapping)?
I've looked in Events and Command Execution but strangely nothing no line opens (I guess I have an issue on this section).
Thank you for your help,
Claude.

You would have to change all related keyboard mappings. See the general settings, section GPIO/Remoting, see the Keyboard Hotkey Mapping.
I.e. define a new mapping for both of each (this will overwrite the internal default):

F5: Play or Pause Player A Use Fading
Shift+F5: Play or Pause Player A No Fading

F6: Play or Pause Player B Use Fading
Shift+F6: Play or Pause Player B No Fading

F7: Play or Pause Player C Use Fading
Shift+F7: Play or Pause Player C No Fading

Thank you for your replies.
But... Sorry I'm not sure I've understood everything correctly.
Does that seem right to you? For shift+F5 F6 and F7, I can't find the command to tell PF to use fading.
And when I test, I can't see any difference with the default commands.

You need to check the last checkbox: "Keyboard Hotkey Control Enabled"
(else the mapping is not active)

AND use the PLS_CURRENT_PLAYPAUSENOFADE_A/B/C commands
(else you must specify the playlist name explicitly)

Great!
I have two another questions about this subject:
1/ What should I do so that when I press F5,6 or 7 a second time, the track stops without loading the next track?
2/ And how can I map a key so that a track is launched with fading, if necessary (for example, for a live song)?

1/ pause the track but do not stop it

2/ what do you mean by lauch with fading? So you mean you want to fade it in?
Either you set the cue-points of that track accordingly. Or set a sequence of multiple commands. Ie. first set the volume to -999dB to fade the related output or down. Then start playing the track/DJ Player and as the third command you slide the volume up.
Ie. you issue 3 commands instead of just one.

All commands are listed in the appendix of the user manual.
