PF problem

Hello forum members, when I click on new in pf and select playlist templates wizard and then select date and time and run that script pf completely freezes. It doesn't matter which script I select, pf just hangs. We have 3 systems that run independently of each other, all with the same problem. Who knows.

Habe you tested the script without the wizard?
E.g. check which script is used, selected it in the script editor and use the ‚Test…‘ button.
It might be a history setting issue, that no track qualifies the history checks? Else, maybe your script itself doesn’t reference any media lib (which is unlikely).
Else, I have never experienced something like that.

I just tested the script in Script Library Editor and it works, just creates a playlist without any problems with all scripts. When I use the playlist templates wizard and choose the day and date, proppfrexx crashes after loading the script. I have this problem on all 3 PCs that have pf on them. I also completely reinstalled my PC, including Windows, but without any results.

Can you turn the ‚Debug Logging‘ temporarily on (see general settings, More Stuff).
And try again.
And then send me the Debug….log being generated in the AppUserData log.
Plus the Error.log file.

We've tryed everything, scripts, playlists, but everytime the same problem. By the wizard template proppfrexx jamms, and i can't do anything with it anymore. It's not a problem with the scripts and the templates also history, i have tryed several settings and different music maps but the problem remains.

In the ProppFrexx AppDataUser folder.
%appdata%\radio42\ProppFrexx ONAIR\4.0

Unfortunately, I don't have a error.log traffic jam there

When there is no Error.log - then no error ever happened yet.
Then send me the Debug … .log file one turned on and you reproduced the issue.
