Is there any quicker way to delete old advertisement campaigns?

Until know we have deleted them from ProppFrexx Advertising one-by-one. But is there more quicker way to like select multiple and delete them?

If I delete the campaign folders are the fully gone or should it still be done by deleting one-by-one in ProppFrexx Advertising app?

Campaigns needs to be deleted one by one, just like you create them one by one. There is no quicker way.

How many campaigns do you have per week you need to delete?

I'm not deleting them every week but like every few months because otherwise the Advertising app will be so slow that it will open up forever. And we have different regions so it is a lot. Takes a few days to clean up.

Can you be a bit more specific, what a lot mean. When you say it takes several days, it must be thousands of campaigns ?! Can you confirm this.
But I’ll take a look, if something can be added in one of the next versions.

No of course not thousands. I may have exaggerated. I don't count but deleting old campaigns from one region takes around 2-3 hours actually. And we have 6 regions. So we are deleting few times a year.

Wouldn't it also make sense to maybe remove all 'deactive/old' campaigns (without even selecting them)?

You mean adding this feature "remove all 'deactive/old' campaigns (without even selecting them)" to next versions? That would be great! Or I misunderstood?

I finally tried the option "delete old campaigns" and it didn't work as wished. Thankfully I made backup.

It said "630 campaion nodes found whose EndDate is more than 3 months old. Do you really want to remove these old campaions?" and then deleted most of our inactive AND active campaigns that were more short term (end date like february, march) but somehow kept the ones that end in december 2024. But majority of our active campaigns (including the ones I just recently added for next week) were suddenly gone.

By reading this, does it seem what could be the problem here?
