I can't quite figure it out. I have 3 players for the rotation. I saved this layout for rotation. Now I want to use 2 players for a manual playlist. How do I get that layout set and open?

You can only change to 2 players in general (which is not recommended, as it might cause trouble when using very short Jingles).
But you can not have 2 players just for manual playout, but else use 3 players.

So as you can see in the screenshot this is not working?

This layout does NOT include the number of players! Sorry.
