How do you do that?
Thank you very much

When the tracks are all not equally loud, you might first use the replay gain feature. But else it would mean, that your normal output would also have a different loudness?!
If you equalize this via VSTs on the output mixer channel you can also setup DSP/VSTs in the general settings, section encoding internally.

With the downmix, I can't get the same volume everywhere

Have you set the same DSPs/VSTs in the general settings, section Encoding/Recording - as in the output mixer settings?
Or please explain in details what you mean by 'not the same volume everywhere'?! What exactly and how are you comparing things and what are you doing to normalize the volume?
As different tracks might have a different perceived volume...

Many songs do not have DB volume at 0 but at -6
I don't know why.
So the songs don't have the same volume at all.
I open the MP3 file made via downmix with audacity and I notice that several songs have as DB volume at -6 DB instead of 0 DB

You did NOT answer any of my questions! But…
When you have not activated ReplayGain at all, different songs might sound differently loud because of their compression level etc.
When you have activated ReplayGain it will ONLY be calculated when loaded to a DJ player, but not when loaded to a playlist.
For all tracks where ReplayGain is not calculated it’s value defaults to -6dB. Sounds like this is when you are facing.
So in your case you might simply calculate the ReplayGain before doing a downmix! Just select all, right-click and calculate it from the context menue.
The ReplayGain however attenuation the volume of each track with a calculated value. In digital audio Processing there is no headroom.
This might however still not sound perfect, where certain VSTs might canoe into play…
Maybe this answer helps you.
