Reload library

I want to reload my media library automatically, can someone tell me how to set this up?

See General Settings, section Folders/Libraries - group Library Automation Options.
Click on the ‘?’ icon at the very top right to get help on the various options.
Else you can also use the MAIN_RELOAD_LIBRARY control-command. Either trigger it from outside or from any given internal event.
