Change input channel routing via commands

Hi Bernd,

Is it possible to add an extra command that can change the input channel "Output to" option?
It is needed for me when I get a phone call and I need to speak to the caller off-air. Normally the inpiut channel is routed to the main "OUT" channel. But when I get a call I'd like to route the input channel to the monitor output channel and later switch back to the "OUT".

Regards,
David

You can achieve what you are looking for via the existing SND2 function.

Set the MIC input mixer channel's 'Output To' to your MAIN output.
Set the MIC input mixer channel's 'Mute/Unmute' option to 'Output Only'. This mutes/unmutes any routed output audio signal but NOT the SND signal.
Now define your SND2 option to your MONITOR output.

When your MIC input mixer channel is now muted (see the M button) you can still activate the SND button.
In this case the MIC audio signal is NOT routed to your MAIN output (its not on-air, due to the Mute/Unmute Output Only option), but it is routed to your MONITOR output (due to the active SND, which is in this case not affected).
