When the SND is set to the PFL channel (and the "Auto SND" function is OFF - like in the image below) - then the channels output is ALWAYS send to the PFL channel.
If you want to only hear the channel's audio send to the PFL channel, when NO other PFL is active then you need to set the "Auto SND" function no NoPFL:
