In fact that was my question from the start. I could not imagine that this function is blocked if some cue-points are already present.
As said it’s only locked for automatic calculations, yes.
But manual calculation like in the TAG Editor is of course possible.
But by default, when you for example load a track to the DJPlayer it always does automatically calculate ACPD, but only if it hasn’t been set any cue-point so far.
